The agreement covering your use of Nub Agent: accounts, billing, content ownership, and limits.
Acceptance.
By creating an account or deploying an agent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts.
You are responsible for the credentials used to access your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are for a single human or organization; do not share credentials.
Acceptable use.
Do not use Nub Agent to send unlawful content, harass others, evade rate limits or anti-abuse measures, mine cryptocurrency on the provisioned VMs, or operate services that violate the policies of the model providers, gateway platforms, or hosting providers we depend on. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Your content.
Conversations, skills, memory, and configuration generated by your agent belong to you. We do not claim ownership of agent output. You grant us a limited operational license to host, transmit, and back up that content as necessary to run the service.
Billing.
Paid plans come in two kinds. Card plans (Nub Pro and per-agent subscriptions) are monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe that auto-renew until cancelled; cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid time (crypto payments, gifts and trials) covers a fixed period shown when you get it, such as a month or a trial's stated length, and does not renew: it ends unless you add more. We do not pro-rate or refund partial periods. A failed card payment gets a short grace period. When a plan ends without renewal, your agent stops working; its machine may then be paused and, after a longer lapse, deleted.
Cryptocurrency payments.
Crypto payments are made in USDC or NUB on the Solana network to the deposit address shown at checkout. Each payment is tied to a price quote with a stated amount and expiry, typically seven days. Send only the quoted asset, on Solana, to that address: transfers of other assets or sent on another network may be lost permanently. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain and matched to your order, it is final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Network (transaction) fees are paid by you and are not included in the quoted price. Quotes expire: a payment sent after expiry, or in an amount outside the accepted tolerance (USDC must be exact or higher; NUB is accepted within 0.5% of the quoted amount, because its value moves), is not matched automatically. Such payments are reviewed by hand and may be refunded, less network costs, at our discretion. NUB is a volatile digital asset and its price can change between quote and payment.
Service availability.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages (IONOS, Cloudflare, model providers), and security incidents may cause downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance where practical.
Disclaimers.
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that agent output is accurate, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose. AI models can hallucinate, misinterpret instructions, or produce harmful output. Review what your agent does before relying on it for consequential actions.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Abuse, takedowns and DMCA.
Report abuse of a published site or of an agent email address (<name>@agents.nub.lol) to abuse@hermes-deploy.com. Include the site or address, a description of the problem, and any evidence you have. We may suspend or remove a published site, pause an agent's email, or suspend an account, without prior notice where needed to stop harm or to comply with law. Copyright owners may send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act to abuse@hermes-deploy.com with the subject line "DMCA notice", or by post to TBD — owner to fill, TBD — owner to fill. A valid notice identifies the copyrighted work and the infringing material with its location, includes your contact details, and contains the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We respond to valid notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Provider and governing law.
